yes both projects support Windows assuming you have the Visual Studio 14 tools installed
from gym-super-mario-bros.

Thank you for your reply.
Follow your way,I instaled the Visual C++ Tools .then I found a very strange problem when I used the command "pip install nes-py".I didn't know how to solve it .I got the pic ,and could you help me to figure it out .(I am a Chinese, so we may have time difference)

Ok，I figure it out . I finally understand.I encountered these problems，because of my code were on Win10,If Your code were on Win10 It's necessary to install a tools named Win10SDK and .netframwork SDK,they can help you compile these c++ project successfully.so look my pic.

hmm thats odd, I'd think VS14 would include the kernel32.lib. Perhaps installing the SDK/.NET fixed a path error that Windows created somehow? Either way, I'm glad your issue is resolved! Closing issue for now, though I will look into Windows installation for nes-py to better clarify installation reauirements :).
