Using

I use this to send song titles from my gaming rig to my streaming rig. You could probably hack this to work with any music player, I just use foobar2000 in particular. Here's a one you can drop in your VLC web interface as well, it's just not as featured.

Consider your gaming rig to be on IP 10.0.0.2, on the gaming rig, Win+R and type python D:\path\to\songinfo\main.py and you're ready to go. In OBS, make a CLRBrowser layer, point it to http://10.0.0.2/static/main.html#twitch_username, make it's width 1920, and it's height 100. it'll handle everything from there.

Dependencies

You'll need the following

• OBS w/ CLRBrowser Plugin (or any streaming software that handles things similarly)
• Python 2.7+
• foobar2000's COM Automation Server component
• Python dependencies
