auval returns a strange parse error when using this template

When I try to build an Audio Unit using this template, the auval utility shows a parse error:

It seems the template's Info.plist format is wrong somewhere. I am not sure if this is my fault, but I did not add anything "special" to that file. Do you have a fix or workaround for this?
