Access denied: channel [] creator org unknown, creator is malformed)

when I run the mychannelup.sh script, only host 1 joins. I get this error in host 2:

Have you build it with an individual subnet on every host?

The network you built is connected to the same subnet, i.e. fabric. This means Org1 and Org2 share a single network. I think it is not suitable for the production deployment. Because peers in the Org1 can access the couchdb in Org2.
