Rework autocomplete script

Currently there is an implementation, but it seems rather unstable.

Specifications

1. Should be able to autocomplete available ignite scripts when entering the first argument ignite <arg1>
   • Should look though either the $PATH locations, or a through a location specified by a special environment variable, and find any file that starts with ignite_
2. Should be able to autocomplete the available commands specified by the script referred to in the first argument arg1
   • ie what is returned from ignite arg1 autocomplete is the available commands as specified in the $VALID_OPERATIONS (or similar, if changed) in the ignite_arg1 script found in the $PATH or similar (as specified in specification 1)
3. (Optional - may be deferred to separate ticket) Allow for any parameter autocompletes within commands in ignite script (ie arg 2 through N in the final program call)
