Conflict with Thaumcraft 6.1 BETA 13

This is probably an edge case issue; however, Thaumcraft 6.1BETA13 for Minecraft 1.12.2 apparently does not appreciate the modifications that Crafting EX (as of 1.12-v1.2.0) has made to the Vanilla crafting table. If both mods are installed, a player CANNOT progress past the second step in getting started with Thaumcraft since Thaumcraft will not transform the Vanilla crafting table into the Arcane Workbench - which is an essential block for the mod.

I have raised the issue here and will also submit a ticket with Thaumcraft.

JEI Move items button missing

First of all, thank you for the mod, it is a valuable addition for any pack. However I seem to have a minor inconvenience with it on my private 1.12.2 spongeforge server. First I discovered that the "move items to crafting grid" button from all JEI recipes was missing even though I had all the prerequisites filled. After looking into the matter, I discovered that there is a button on the crafting table GUI's upper left corner, which allows me to switch the table function, I presume. After that I was able to see the little plus sign in the JEI recipes.

If that was confusing, I provide pictures:

I opened up the crafting table GUI (note I am using BDcraft texture pack):

After that I opened a recipe from JEI and as you can see there is no "plus" sign on the bottom right of the recipe:

After that I closed the recipe and pressed the little "crafting table" icon (you can see it showing on the top right of the GUI):

After this the text "EX" disappeared from the GUI:

And after that the "plus" icon for "move items to crafting grid" is visible on the recipes:

I would presume that JEI does not recognize the alternative GUI as a crafting grid, but I do not know enough about the matter to suggest a solution. Would you please take a look into this and provide a fix?
