[Kade] Get the BIDAF starter code running E2E - Done
[Kade] Get the BERT starter code running E2E - Done
[Kade] Figure out how much of the data is a reasonable size for running locally and modify scripts to use that (as opposed to Azure) - Status: got this mostly figured out for BIDAF. Modified the scripts accordingly. Need to do the same for BERT
Setup our shared Azure credits and team account
