Separate out donations to be its own plugin

I went back and forth on this a lot but I think it's much simplier to make the donations syncing functionality it's own plugin not part of this salesforce plugin, that way we can debug it on its own.

Functionality can stay they same but will need it own setting screens. Can use the error logging for the salesforce plugin however

Get it working with Oauth 2 plugin

Error logging within craft

Need some way to pass errors messages back up into twig where possible so they can be displayed on the page if there's an issue with saving or pulling data

I think the best way would be to do our own custom error logs which could be accessible in the craft admin. If you look at the charge plugin they do something similar so that might be a good option.

If you look at the log service you can see they create their own database table for logs then have a simple methods to add things to it like this craft()->charge_log->action('Example action triggered successfully');
