Create an expansion panel

Create an expansion panel on the home page giving some description about the participation in the hacktoberfest event.

Description of tabs present on about page

Make 2-3 tabs on the About page.
Each tab should have Mat Chips, with the first one selected by default.
Upon clicking on a chip, display some information in card format related to it.
The information can have a title, description and picture.

Create About page

The about page should have multi-tab UI

Create a sign up page

The page must take the username and password.
Upon sign up, a success message must be displayed.
