wonderwall-packaging's Issues

Can't set wallpaper in POP OS

The software cannot set wallpaper in POP OS. I tested Flatpack and Appimage versions.
There is no error prompt for the program and the display has been set successfully.

Cannot set wallpaper

OS: Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon
Cinnamon version: 5.4.12

Failed to set Wallpaper using- BackEnd: /home/alexandr/.var/app/com.ktechpit.wonderwall/data/ktechpit/WonderWall/backends/cinnamon

NEW ISSUE - Isn't possible to change the 'Download location' or open it on file explorer

In settings, the field of 'Downloaded Location' is unchangeable.

The default location is this below, and I can't change it because the input field is locked to changes.

/home/msandredev/.var/app/com.ktechpit.wonderwall/data/ktechpit/WonderWall/download/

And also, when I click on the OPEN button on the right of the field, nothing happens.

My installation was using Flatpak on Ubuntu 22.04.3 (LTS) with Gnome 42.9.

How to update Account ID to restore purchases

Hi, I recently purchased this app in order to support it as it should, I did it on a PC on which now I need to format its hard drive. How can I modify the account ID on my other PC to restore my purchases?

NEW ISSUE - Wonderwall Flatpak on Linux Mint Error Setting Wallpaper

Getting same error as previous poster on Deepin Linux using Flatpak.

Failed to set Wallpaper using- BackEnd: /home/kaiju/.var/app/com.ktechpit.wonderwall/data/ktechpit/WonderWall/backends/deepin BackTrace:

Also, 'restore purchase' does not work, it simply points you to payment. This means you can't restore license if necessary. Please help.

Linux/Windows versions suddenly don't work.

The program worked fine a week ago, now it fails to load any images. It seems it can't connect to the net or something, it loads forever. The same issue is experienced no matter the version of wonderwall whether it be linux or windows. I've tried the snap, the flatpak, the appimage, and I compiled it from the AUR.

It seems to be just broken now. I often get the "Aww crap, something exploded" error message and "unable to connect to source".

Image conext UI is bad.

AppImage version, on Wayland Gnome. In the screenshot below, I clicked the top-left image and the menu appears at the bottom centre. Shouldn't the menu appear next to the image I clicked? Why should the user travel the mouse to that far away? Also, the menu font is too thin and the colour contrast makes them barely readable. Disabled items are almost unreadable.

I think just the regular right-click context menu of the GUI framework (it looks like QT, so the regular context menu of QT applications) would do better, instead of this custom menu. How about giving the user an option to use regular context menu instead?
