Reschedule Project Process 2 Review meeting

This meeting requested by David and Kelleyne and she suggested a discussion of the following: This was the follow up meeting that David wanted us to have for the additional topics we referred to in the first demo session. Items included service management, managed device, fleet management support and incident management were a few of them.

Since David's schedule changed we need to communicate some available times to reschedule this review

Need Executive level slides for Nelson and Cathy

Per our meeting 2/9 we drew on the board our approach for resources internally and with Ketch. We had a picture of System Admin role falling under Cathy and Mike / Development split between JAVA script and ABAP and ODATA, setting up caching. Additionally we wanted to show the UX development landscape today and in the future based on general categories of SAP provided apps, slightly customized apps versus custom web apps developed using open source tools.

Update overall sprint schedule

CPM sprints need to break out Change Requests into a separate sprint and adjust schedule. Also need to add a sprint for Multi-resource scheduling at the end of the sprint schedule

Jekyll - base URL for img SRC references goes back to org gitpages site

When working in a project repository, the base url works fine, except when referencing images to the assets/images directory. It instead goes to organization pages site rather than project pages site.
Fix -- adding to the img reference

So img tag looks like

Adjust schedule for Sprint 1

With Dave's getting sick and Mike's schedule we missed our original date for Sprint 1, we need to adjust and publish the revised schedule

How to manage tasks with Agile

Log an issue to the sapcommercialprojects git hub project.
o/n the right side of the issue makes sure to assign it. PUt a level that asks TASK. Assign it to the project, if tied to sprint, put it in a milestone sprint.
This issue can be assigned to the project board, where it becomes a card and can be priorities with other things. (github under the project).
make use of the @ symbol and how it works. read help if you don't understand.
use slack to open up dialogue on an issue, make sure to reference that issue as the thread discussion. or just use this issue and make comments to it etc.
Properly close the issue as required.
Use reports in github.
Create a folder and upload files to folder for an issue on the code page. Ideally use UNIX compliant formats and not proprietary. office you can always save as open format, this should be standard.

Naming Conventions

Standardization For Consistency

@KetchPartners/ketchuss should utilize a system of naming new branches, release versions etc. when created locally, to maintain consistency and flow.

UD1 Missing Embedded BI Client

When UD1 was built, only selective stuff was picked from the appliance S4H. We see config come over from S4H that maps to client 400, which does not exist in UD1. We need to stop CPM install until all BI steps have been completed to fully activate CPM.
