(Why I registered this domain name...)

Reason I Created This

As a Node newbie, I planned to learn stylish stuff through the development of successful modules and framework. Then I noticed that it is extremely tiring to find the early commits through possibly 1000+ ones (and good job GitHub, only displaying most recent commits and leaving a small "Older" button so that I can waste my time clicking it. Don't ask me why not download and use git. I just don't want to...).
Through searching I noticed a small website called www.first-commit.com (currently down), which quickly finds the first commit of any GitHub repository. SO... I made this so that I can browse sequentially from start.

Maybe creating a CSS animation of sequential commits on a tree?

Easily-mistaken repository path format

Recent reports give that people tend to try "http://" and ".git" format for "Repository" field. Thus the example should be modified to reflect on this (I eventually decide to NOT add auto format checking and warning, as it is not quite necessary). Also, /// 3 slash, when occurred, confuses the script I wrote at that time, causing it to send commit=NaN to server.

I opened this issue to show that the problem has been addressed. I could not push the modified commit to the public repo yet due to some file complications. I will update the repo once the internal problems have all been solved

Site occasionally stops working

This is an issue raised by myself. Currently site keeps crashing once for a while. I am considering rewriting the whole site using React for front end and Go for backend. So just wait for the new update
