Host web_interop.js on our own server

Thank you for your work on this package. Can we host the web_interop.js file on our own server? Are there any additional configuration changes needed for this other than changing the file URL?

[Question] What does facebookSignIn.testApi(); do?

Thanks for awesome lib. First I know this is a newbie question. But I wanted to know what does
facebookSignIn.testApi(); do? I looked in the API documentation but no description.
