Pidgin asks for account password

For protocols that always require a pasword, Pidgin asks for it before emitting account-connecting. Therefore that dialog pops up even when using this plugin.

Automatically entering the Master Password through a Password Manager (KeepassXC) fails on Windows. This is caused by the GTK+ runtime shipped with Pidgin. Updating it to gtk+-bundle_2.24.10-20120208_win32.zip from https://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/ftp.gnome.org/binaries/win32/gtk+/2.24/ resolves that.
