Implement "Logout" button

Create "Start Game" functionality

Remove current buttons and add a button that represents a start of new game. This action will create a new game or add the second player to an existing game.

Load board cards from API

Implement "Exit" button

When user clicks on Menu > Sair, the game should be finished and user redirected to home page.

Since the questions are listed on screen, when the user click in the question, will be sent to server a HTTP GET verifying the anwser of question.
