There is need for .gitignore file inorder to avoid committing files that do not need to be tracked by git.

There is a typo in the python folder spelling. It should be python and not pyhton.

Write solutions to the leetcode problems in python folder in Javascript

The javascript folder is scanty as of now. You can implement the solution to leetcode problems already in the python folder in Javascript.
