// set GST_PLUGIN_PATH on linux, may diff on your system
export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0

Mac os

brew install gstreamer
brew install gst-plugins-base
brew install gst-plugins-good
brew install gst-plugins-bad
brew install gst-plugins-ugly
