Telemetry warning on submodules

Since there is a chance that a big fan of this project might unknowingly use submodules with their telemetry activated by default I suggest putting a warning on your readme file that submodules will share information of current project with Microsoft. More specifically VCPKG.

github_api_export.h not found

It's looks like you forgot to add github_api_export.h(for example in github_api-qt). Because when I try to include it, it is just can not be found.

Also,it will be good if you part your project to Qt6.

Hi thanks for this repo! I have an issue when I want to get the nextpage I found in windows 10 qt I need to change this line :

    const std::regex nextPageRegex(R"(^link\: <([^>]+)>; rel="next".*)");

to
const std::regex nextPageRegex(R"(^Link: <([^>]+)>; rel="next".*)");
(adding ") with this modification I get the different page.
