Update functions to have ! (bang) version that returns error or standard with 2-tuple

The feature-completeness of this package is amazing, but the API feels unnatural for Elixir. Example...

%Customer{profile_id: customer_profile_id} = Customer.create("ref", "description", "email")

Is ok, until a duplicate profile exists. Then you have to use a try/rescue block. The more idiomatic way, to match the standard library, would be something with a 2-tuple, like this:

case Customer.create("ref", "description", "email") do
  {:ok, %Customer{profile_id: customer_profile_id} -> customer_profile_id
  {:error, reason} -> reason # or raise reason if you prefer
end

and if the developer wants the version of Customer.create that raises the error, they can call the bang version...

%Customer{profile_id: customer_profile_id} = Customer.create!("ref", "description", "email")
