Implement gamelog

Write the game to a text document,

Possible format:

b calls

d folds
e raises to 750 (All In)

Minor text fixes

Currently for a players turn it will display "check/call <$....>" even if that value is more than the players balance.

It should read "check/call "

Create Card Class

Make a simple class to represent a card

Will have a suit and rank (maybe enums for both)

Also add some helper member functions like StringSuit() that will return the string of the suit and StringRank()

Handle Sidepots
