Setup default error page

Hello there, how i can setup default error page such as error 404, 500, etc to render it page...
Coz, there i found this bjax returned error at top bar without rendering the page..

Problems with Responsive Material Framework

I've got some issues where if I navigate through bjax accessed links, those pages look zoomed out. Some component of Bjax is interfering or not following the rules of Responsive Framework

Before Hand after normal navigation using address bar

After navigating to same page using Bjax loaded link

I've used the meta tag and all the preferences required for proper responsive behavior of pages but maybe Bjax is not requesting the page properly.

Does not work when using with Angular and Angular Material Frameworks

Bjax got issues with its click capture events as it does capture and navigates to link even when we click on any part of page which doesn't even contain any link.

Secondly the page does not load any page through links, rather it just reloads the same page the request came from.

In have faced this issue with Angular together with Angular Material Framework but I didn't implement any click or href linked events in Angular yet, hence Bjax interference with core Angular components feels barely impossible and hence I think you need to rectify the code once again and help me out of this problem as early as possible.
