Capitals

Please put all text in CAPITALS - much like current Dispatcher/MDT.

Easier to read and looks more professional.

Deleteing incident as CIV marks as rejected

When goes to delete rejected cad it then errors 500 on the api.

Improve map connection usage

Currently livemap accounts for a significant amount of traffic. Looking to route livemap to a single endpoint which can then pass websocket subscriptions out.

Looking to send all unit co-ords to dispatchers and single unit to mdt.

Panic button - not working when double crewed

Interopt Channels

SOme of the calls i put out didnt show the attached interopt channel, so had to troll through to find the right one

civ typing

Typing up a civ calls, cursor unfocuses on refresh update. ?Every time refresh triggerTrigger runs.

MDT grading colour

Sierra graded calls appear red on on the MDT, the same as india graded calls. On the dispatcher side it renders correctly as green

Map slowness

Map is not updating to new incidents, new units etc

Secondary cross street

Would it be possible to change the secondary street from the drop down to be able to enter a custom location yourself.

It'd be more beneficial as to stating locations like shops, stadium car parks on the stated first road.

Try and fix the map smooshing

Try to fix the map smooshing when units combine. Do it on zoom level rather than just X,Y co-ords.

Ability to flag cads (if for van)

Add another input field with the idea to flag a cad for waiting for somthing. Ie police van or las/lfb attendence.

Reconnect to WS

Need to save subscriptions on WS close and reconnect. After reconnect need to resubscribe and remove the messages saying there was an issue.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No doubt people in their infinite wisdom will forget to book off and as a dispatch team this button has been utilised a lot in the past.

Whenever double Crewed the Cad would not update my side unless I refreshed and the Home Channel feature didnt work

tags not syncing without refresh

When tags are changed, it does not update on dispatcher without a refresh.

CAD Number Format

Met CAD number format for reference:
123456/22OCT15 << First six digits go up in order from 000001/DDMMMYY

For our purposes I would suggest not resetting the 6 digit number so we're not always on cad 000001

ANPR sending dings to civs

Clearing Feature for Calls

When on calls, the ability to press a button on the CAD and go available again (without having to complete CAD - this is better for officers who have been cleared / no longer needed.)

Correct panic button sound effect

Scroll wheel to zoom on the map view isn't working on my browser (Chrome)

Safari concerns

Reports that safari is not working at all. No updates to cad (ie no WS connections)

Eye symbol: Open and zoom to map

For the little eye near the units callsigns, Make it that so CCC presses it and it zooms into them on the map for a more definitive location of the unit.

On WS reconnect run api refreshes

When the websocket connection drops & recovers then run api requests straight after.

Show yellow label if cad is not graded.

Instead of grade.

Civ mdt incidents showing

When on the civ MDT if someone else creates an incident then that civ can see it .

CIVS able to get into dispatcher via map view

Vehicles on intel

• Ability to utilise previous vehicles on intel in a similar mechanism to real life.

Unable to login if not whitelisted

So the issue here is that if you are not whitelisted on the Fivem server, ie if your steam id is not in tbl_steamids then I have no way of working out if someone should have access to the application. A few solutions I can think of:

1: We find a way to get people to login with Console.
2: We have a way of mannually adding control room peoples steam accounts directly to CAD.
3: We find a new way of logging people in.

Any comments or suggestions.

Unable to open unit edits or incidents from the map view (dispatcher)

If you make yourself available after a CAD and you are not finishing the CAD report it messes up and you cannot make yourself available.

It would be nice if you could clear without having to finalize CAD (if you are not doing it).

Allow FCR to message individual units

Incident channels - script to reset

Create a local script to setup the interops channels and reset them after a shift is finished.

Control fetures

When you hover over the cad as in #1 DRUGS when hovered over could that go a different colour say blue.

On the main page could the cad say how many units are attached on that cad

Could cross streets be implemented

CAD not responding

When you would go state 2 etc... you would not actually clear off calls. The CAD was extremely delayed and unresponsive in this stage, once it finally responded the base platform was very swift.
