add multilevel-stream consolidated simulation text output for update

log levels:
-verbose: logs everything possible and some stuff that shouldn't be
-debug: logs that may be useful for debug, verbose but more practical
-info: nominal messages eg. update tick
-warning: when something doesn't really seem right, but simulation doesn't care
-error: when something goes wrong, and simulation has to gracefully handle a problem
-output: simulation output, end results, stuff that you actually want to have displayed

log outputs:
-console: running console
-stdout: standard simulation output file
-errors: all simulations problems
-custom named output files

smarter simulation ordering

There needs to be a better way to allow defining a deterministic simulation ordering on modules
