running `amplify mock`

It seems that the cli wants you to push before running amplify mock. The readme suggests that we test it locally before we push which seems contradictory.

This is what I get when i run amplify mock:

qweather [master*]amplify mock
Some resources have changed locally and these resources are not mockable. The resources listed below need to be pushed to the cloud before starting the mock server.

Current Environment: dev

Is this expected?

Provide demo app

Just a suggestion, It would be nice if there is a demo app to check what it looks like without API keys in no time 👍
