Client Side Rendering breaks static prerendering (?)

honestly pretty confused here. Prerendering was fine before proceeding to adding the client side rendering feature. Cloned repo does not build.

in production mode building gives

and in development (unminified error reporting)

Running getStaticProps in dev is a known issue, fixed by running in production mode. This does not resolve the issue with this repo.

The issue did not arise until adding client side rendering feature in the tutorial.
