revise code style
Hey,
we definitely need to unify the coding style + I think it might be better to make it more compact (fewer lines/whitespace) as long as it stays readable.
Since we mix code and text quite liberally, I feel that the actual code can and should be as compact as possible - otherwise, it looks like a lot...
references
get proper references for packages and articles used -> .bib file
hunt down all remaining todos in the text and resolve
define global tolerances?
should we define global tolerances for all tests or continue doing that loacally?
Include binomial
As soon as the class Binomial is included, we should change at least one scenario to Binomial to validate it.
current build failure caused by tidyverse problem
make sure that the index is consistent with the respective scenarios (tests, parameters etc)
