Set defaults

Hi, first thanks for this great plugin, I like it!

Would it be possible to set defaults for this plugin? I would like to always clone git repos with ssh using the ghq argument p.

Currently I do this:

- ghq:
    - repo: erikw/templates
      flags: [-p]

But I'd like to do:

- defaults:
    link:
      relink: true
    ghq:
      flags: [-p]


- ghq:
    - erikw/templates

From my testing it seems like it's currently not working.

ghq import deprecated

ghq import was dropped just before the new year (2020).

$ ghq --version
ghq version 1.1.0 (rev:057e0ff)
$ ghq import
No help topic for 'import'

Would it be possible to make a wrapper function around each line of ghqfile:file to do a ghq get instead? I can attempt a hack if desired!
