livius's Issues

Naming convention of piece sets

It seems like the naming convention for piece sets for Lichess is the same as for Livius, except that for Lichess the letter for the piece type is always upper case (e.g Lichess: bB.svg, wN.svg, ... Livius: bb.svg, wn.svg). To make the usage of the many Lichess svg piece sets easier in Livius I would suggest to adopt this naming standard. If that's okay, I would create a pull request.

livius for FritzGui!

It's more a request:
-Is it possible to let Livius connect with FritzGui !
-And also the possibility to go back and forward in game ,these buttons are also missing.

Find this Livius viewer very nice and clean ,would like to use it when i have build my i9 7980XE system.

Kind regards,
Ipman.

Livius doesn't ACK UDP packets

Hi there, thanks for writing this.

Unfortunately, I don't have any success connecting to games using livius when compiling against Qt5.5. Inspecting the packet stream with the server shows that the server responds to the LOGONv15: request normally. However, livius does not seem to register the replys. It doesn't ACK the packets and soon after just sends a LOGOFF message.

Problems with ipv6 (IPv4 over DS-Lite)

I fail to connect when I'm behind an ipv6 internet connection. Though livius on my Linux notebook worked fine behind a ipv4 connection, it fails to connect when I'm connected via ipv6. I seem to be able to connect but I'm immediately logged out. Other people saw my entering and leaving the chat repeatedly. I did not debug into it, because it spams the chat and is annoying for the other users.

I have seen some recent fixes for ipv6, so I wonder if it is a configuration problem in my environment. My provider is M-Net. It uses IPv4 over DS-Lite (Dual-Stack Lite). Maybe that makes a difference, but my knowledge about ipv6 is not deep enough.

Not sure if it is a bug but I wanted to report it, so other people that run into the same problem can comment. With ipv6, using Tom's Live Chess Viewer on Windows also does not work for me.

connect ?

the compilation went well on Xubuntu 20.04. In the menu i see "Connect" but how to do that ?
