providence field

Could we add a providence field so we can support both machine and human translations ?

My use case

The reason is that Services can do machine trans or humans can.
So we want to record who did it. The providence records which "thing / service" created the translation.

Picking a winner

With the event loop making translations in real time it makes building GUI, etc very fast.

But eventually you want to pick a winner.

A simple boolean is enough against each item. This assume you can have many versions of a translation but onyl one is the winner.
Unless specified the machine is assumed because then if someone reports that its bad, we can then just add a human version as the winner.

Downstream breadcrumb providence

the other thing that really useful is that the providence of the winner carries downstream into code or html etc

the idea is simple. you breading a breadcrumb back to the original translation. sort of like source maps.

it can be a comment or anything.
