Dependencies aren't installed automatically via pip

Great work on this tool! One issue I had is that installing it via pip doesn't install the dependencies. Could you add them to setup.py's install_requires, not just requirements.txt?

Leaving format string empty results in exception being raised

If I leave out the --format CLI arg, the following exception is raised:

$ receiptparser some_image.jpg
Processing 1 receipts from some_image.jpg
Performing scan on some_image.jpg
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/smheidrich/.local/bin/receiptparser", line 91, in <module>
    print(options.format.format(**receipt.for_format_string()))
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'format'

The arg's help text mentions "default is pretty-printing", but that doesn't seem to be the case in the current implementation.
