Implement stereo processing

Although not necessary in most usecases I can think of, being able to route stereo audio through this tool would be nice.

Move SoundTouch processing out of jack callback

The jack callback function process shouldn't do any heavy lifting.
Time stretching should be done in the main or a tertiary thread.

Add ability to have more than two input streams.

With many streams, having more than two would just overload the system, requiring playback at >2x speed.
When dealing with sparse streams however, one might want to have the ability to multiplex a lot more of them.

The members of the Multiplexer class are already mostly capable of handling an arbitrary number of input channels, but the scheduling doesn't deal with that at the moment, considering only the first two.

Implement better channel switching

Currently, channels are switched mid-word and sometimes it rapidly flips between channels leading to annoying artifacts.
