Add security to attendAction and unattendAction

attendAction and unattendAction should require you to be logged in. Currently, we don't have that check. It's not really important to what we're teaching, but it's definitely an oversight.

FlattenException uses Debug component type-hint in ExceptionHandler

Related to #4, when we update the code next, we'll need to change the use statement since there was a small BC break in the ExceptionController at symfony/symfony@8bad61d

Wrong title on PDF Download

The PDF download for this episode is ok, BUT the title says that it's episode 2.

Make sure we're committed for git grep

In doctrine-extensions (and error-pages), we use git grep. But, we should make sure the user actually has the files committed before running this.

Make sure jQuery is included

Make sure jQuery and jquery.blockUI.js is included. It is in the code currently, but it looks like it may not have been included in the video (or snuck in some other way). When we update the video, we'll need to make sure this is correct.

cascade={"remove"} issue from Event to User

We previously had the wrong explanation for the cascade={"remove"} behavior, until sha: 99c3467.

That's fixed now, but we should remove this section entirely (or modify it) as the behavior (delete an Event and the User gets deleted) is not the behavior that we want.
