Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'directive')

I tried including it in the main.js file for usage in the App.vue-file. I get this error:

  5:8  error  'HScroll' is defined but never used  no-unused-vars

I also tried moving v-hscroll to another component, same error there...

Then I tried disabling eslint but it still didn't work.
