Add "display" to list of removed head links

Looks like Drupal core is adding <link rel="display" href="/node/1/manage_display" /> into head.

This is both invalid html

Error: Bad value 'display' for attribute rel on element link: The string 'display' is not a registered keyword.

and bad SEO. Since your module removes the other four bad head links, this seems like a natural addition.

Canonical tag

Hello guys, nice module, really helpful. For 100% working job, please add canonical line to remove, cause it makes a duplicate canonical tag with metatag module and its a huge problem, cause Google then dont want to index sites with this duplicate. My personal experience.

Taxonomy Support

Currently there is no support for Taxonomy Pages. Maybe this could be a good extension. Can you bring the module to drupal.org, maybe with backend configuration possibilities?
