Adding a transcript between 2 transcripts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add 3 transcripts
2.now click on the 2nd transcript and click add

What is the expected output? 
new transcript is added between the 1st and 2nd transcript

What do you see instead?
new transcript is added at the end

Additionally clicking on a transcript does not highlight it - so its not so
clear to the user if they have selected a trancript.

Time code display on the transcriber

Presently the time code video player / dvd player style hh:mm:ss for the
current position of the video we are playing is not displayed. 

This needs to be displayed on the screen. perhaps on the right hand side of
the play / stop / fast-forward buttons

clicking on a transcript does not highlight it

When there are multiple transcripts, clicking on a transcript does not
highlight or change color of the selected transcript. This makes it
confusing for users to know if they have actually clicked on it or not.

Saving & Opening Transcripts

Presently i can save the transcripts to a .trs file. 

However, when I attempt to open the transcript using the add playlist ->
add transcript option, nothing happens - neither trancript nor the video
being transcibed is displayed.

Additionally the .trs file does not appear to maintain any kind of
relationship between entered transcripts and the video being transcribed --
shouldnt there be a element in the file to identify the path to the video ?

Rewind / Fast-forward buttons dont seem to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add a video to the playlist
2.play the video
3.use the fast-forward / rewind buttons 

video does not appear to fast-forward or rewind.

First transcription is wrongly saved

Add the very first take.

Leave the "from" slider at 00:00

Set the "to" slider to about 00:30

Save the take.

Now reopen the take.

Problem :

the "from" time is set as 00:30 instead of to the "to" time.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add a video 
2.Play the video

Display of rewind / fast-forward speeds on the screen

After one has clicked the fast-forward button there is no visual indication
of the fast-forward or the fast-forward speed (since you can speed up by
clicking the fast forward button twice). 

This speed needs to be displayed on the screen using a visual + text cue
... something like a <play button icon> x 1 for normal speed <play button
icon> x 2 / x3 ... for fast forward speeds ... and <re

Trancription "to" time is not saved the first time

Add a transcription set the from and to times. Fill in the rest of the
fields and save.

The "to" time is incorrectly saved.

If the transcription is edited now and the time corrected - the "to" gets
correctly recorded the 2nd time.

Hot keys dont work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.launch the transcribe
2.load a trs file
3.click on the video / or the transcription window
4.press hotkey combination to play the video / try a few other combinations
5.nothing happens -- action associated with hot key never happens

Video does not start at the right point

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.save a transcription starting time= 0:0 , ending time = 0:30
2.double click on the saved transcription
3.the video is supposed to start from 0:0, instead it seems to start from a
random point

Attempt to set hotkey closes transcriber

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.launch transcriber
2.go to edit->hotkey settings
3.click set

transcriber closes with segmentation fault.

Returning to normal speed play after fast-forward / slow-down

Presently there seems to be no button to return the player to normal speed.
i know you can use the slow down button to return back to normal speed...
but it is useful to have a single button to revert back to normal play
speed (just like you have in a vcr or dvd player)
