Depends on oslllo-svg2-0.2.x which has a bug with SVG dimensions

If I run generate-icons --manifest public/manifest.json src/favicon.svg, I get the following:

It doesn’t happen if I forcibly use oslllo-svg2-0.3.1. Please update the dependency. It looks like there is no API breakage.
