fix responsive design for mobile devices

currently there is no map on mobile devices, only the details section and event that one is not properly displayed

add marker to map and route by click on the map

swap button should swap the whole route, not just start and end

Cancel route calculation with a button to save time on icorrectly entered places

show the bike paths of the route including there symbols

Fix error message

sometimes the user gets an error message stating that it couldn’t retrack the track

maybe contact the developers of the routing api?!

prior to that try to reproduce it in their web app

fix presentation of many waypoints

currently the waypoints interfere with the elevation area if there are too many waypoints.

the cause is probably that the div containing the waypoints have a height of 100vh. it should grow if there are too many waypoints
