Feature: Support multiple KonigKontext keys

Allow consumers to pass around multiple different KonigKontex types. Probably requires:

  • Taking vararg of KonigKontext's in client + server interceptor
  • Map each different KonigKontext implementation to a unique gRPC header key that is shared across client + server interceptors

Feature: Integration testing

Checkout kotlin and java example repo's and run tests against them?

Need to think about how to deal with breaking changes if this is the testing setup
