teavm.org unavailable to some users with strict firewalls

Some organizations are blocking access to teavm.org solely due to the geographical location of its IP address. I solved this by creating an internal mirror of the site contents. Casual readers or new users may just think the site is down, unfortunately, which could hurt TeaVM adoption.

I thought I was the only one experiencing this, but now Learner Evermore is reporting it too in the forums ( "A while ago I lost access to some TeaVM site (forgot which) because it is considered a security threat due to where it originates." ).

Access to the forums and to the github site do not seem to be affected, at least for me.

Perhaps teavm.org content could be hosted on github pages ( https://pages.github.com/ )? If it is in the same IP block as github.com, it should be unaffected by these restrictive firewalls.

maven tooling documentation

For many options, the possible values are listed, but it is not noted what the default value is. I thought to create a pull request, but then I realized that for many I'd need to dig into the Java source code to figure it out and at this moment that is too much of a hassle. Sorry.

Coroutines example (foo) does not work / is not reproducable

As written in the title, the foo example does not work. To get it working, we would need the JsConsumer class. The JsConsumer class of the "org.teavm.html4j.*" package can't be used though and this is the only appereance of the JsConsumer class I can find in the repo.
