Add bitbucket pipe to CI build and release

Add missing closing quotes to Fingerprint docs

The MERKELY_FINGERPRINT docs entry for each protocol.

1. docker://
   Properly quoted. Appears in green.

2. file:// and dir://
   Missing the closing quote.
   Eg
   --env MERKELY_FINGERPRINT="dir://${YOUR_DIR_PATH}
   should be
   --env MERKELY_FINGERPRINT="dir://${YOUR_DIR_PATH}" \

3. sha256://
   Appears to use a different quote character to docker:// as it does not appear in green.

In LogDeployment command check returned JSON

Add --verbose option to dir:// protocol

Print detailed information on every file/dir name and content that contribute to the fingerprint calculation.
Make sure this information and its format is identical to merkely/reporter (which must also support this option).

When user clicks on Command Reference title then Echo Fingerprint should be shown

Currently, Log Artifact page is being displayed, which is the second element in the list under the Command Reference title.

allow dir:// protocol to specify dirs/files known to change when running

Currently, if a deployed dir:// has a config file (say) that is modified when the running artifact starts running
then this is deemed incompliant.
We could allow a log_deployment dir:// to specify dirs/files that are known to change when running
so such cases would become compliant.

allow name to be specified on dir:// file:// protocols

dir://a/b/c could be c mounted in a/b
dir://a/b/c could be b/c mounted in a
