Get CI Working

Currently Travis CI build won't run server as background process. Need to debug to make sure it isn't an issue with the process terminating early due to an issue with startup (e.g. obtaining a database connection)

Test Code

At the very least I would like to have integration tests running on Travis to replicate an actual instances.

May also include unit tests for the small bits of code that do not use the database (e.g. Auth JWT stuffs etc)

Finalize Endpoints

Designing out first pass API endpoints. Login will use traditional username & password, all else will use JWT returned by login call.
