Popular Vote Processing Overview
This project implements a function processVotes that calculates the results of a popular vote based on specific rules. Each voter is allowed to vote for up to three different candidates, and the order of the votes influences the points allocated. The scoring system is as follows:
The first vote a voter places is worth three points. The second vote is worth two points. The third vote is worth one point. The function returns a list of candidates sorted in descending order of the total number of points received.
