Recognize usage of properties

eg. self.propertyName = something

we should be able to add colour for "propertyName" in the above line (self is already coloured as a keyword)

Recognize types from Cocoa frameworks

All apple classes are recognised in Xcode, we can do that as well, example may be found in _phpbuiltins.php

Recognize user types

To recognize types from Cocoa we only need a set of identifiers to compare, to recognise user types we need to make a change in lexer implementation to detect token usage context

Recognize strings inside #import directive

default Xcode style colours strings in #define directive as stings, for now the whole line that starts from #import gets coloured as Comment.Preproc is described

We can either:

1. add a hook to objc lexer to handle this situation (two coupled tokens)

+ - get coloured by mistake

• and - sign used as a first character of method declaration / definition gets coloured as a Keyword when we miss:
  @implementation{} at the begining of source code

It looks like lexer issue
