Basic Functionality

DONE:

• Figure out how to display images on buttons (or at all) in WPF.

• Rewrite bits in locked bitmaps unsafely rather than use GetPixel/SetPixel for better performance.

• Redraw main images based on events.

• Pixel sort in all directions (perhaps only rotate the pic before the code runs)

• Prism effect in all directions for each of the three colors

• select what area to apply your effect in the imageBefore (cut out area, modify area, splice area back in maybe even on top of the original area)

• select what area to copy from imageAfter to the imageBefore in a commit
