Add "Fresh" web framework.

@JamesClarke7283 , for this benchmark, you can evaluate the performance of Fresh by looking up the three entries for Preact (preact-classes, preact-signals, preact-hooks). Fresh uses Preact for client side reactivity, so my understanding is that it would give the exact same score.

Fresh as a lot of impressive features, partials etc., that wouldn't be used in this benchmarks. Basically this benchmark isn't useful for evaluating SSR/full-stack/routing etc., but only client side reactivity, so this is a good benchmark for preact, but fresh is responsible for other areas. It's the same reason React is represented, where Remix and Next.js arent't.

There is a bit of a void currently in the area of good meta framework benchmarks. There has been some attempt using the lighthouse scores, but they proved a bit too unreliable. There is room for a new benchmark in that space.
