Videos loop and overwrite each other

The code was stuck on 745_03222018_01

Looping over and over reaches01.

Not sure what this is due to. Further debugging definitely required

Stuck in loop

Console prints "Beginning LED Detection..." for 743 T20, but nothing happens.

I've let the code run overnight and nothing. It should really only take about 20 mins to complete a file (maximum), which would lead to a printout of the filename.

No printout of the filename ever appears.

It is likely that there is some loop that is not breaking out somewhere.

Quitting (cmd+c) mid ffmpeg...

Right now, you have to repeatedly hit this button. Not sure why, my guess is that it's performing a loop and you only end the process being performed in the command line. This would allow the loop to continue, since that's a python process.

Adding the ability to cancel the entire process with one command would be really great.

Skips creating reach videos if directory exists

If the code is stopped in the middle of creating reach videos, after .csv processing and reach directory is made, when code is restarted it will not continue creating reach videos.
