support stacked bar chart

when the bar chart type is selected render an additional setting to be able to choose a field to create stacked bars

Add support for bar chart

And rename the current "bar" chart to column

Aggregated Type not updating for Chart Type

I am attempting to create a Feature throughput chart using this app with Aggregated Type = Preliminary Estimate and my only options are 'Count' and 'Plan Est.' for Aggregated Type. I understand Count here but Plan est is a User Story attribute and I guess I would have assumed that when I selected Chart Type = Feature that I would have been able to use prelim est instead. Am I in right field with this assumption?

x-axis order

I have been playing around with it and noticed that when I create bar charts the x-axis doesn't display in an order that I would have anticipated. For example I've attempted to build a Feature Throughput chart for Releases and they aren't ordered sequentially on that axis.

Need to filter valid aggregation types on settings initial load

and also reset the value when changing type if the selected value is no longer valid

Export to CSV doesn't work in Chrome
