Getting gradle issue

ERROR: Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.3.3.

Built the new one based on this project.

It helped me to step forward to make a DICOM viewer.
Since it is too old to work, I updated old library and codes from this project.
Also, added some features.

Issue regarding connection to .so library

Hi, thanks for being responsive to your users. I had one more issue this is different so thought of creating separate thread. When i built the code and tried to run it. I am facing run time exception and app crashes.
