Clarify team buttons on home page

Thanks @danhillreports. I think Albert originally had something like that in that screen and I ripped it out on the pull request.

If you look at the logo task we're thinking about using the stadium background just for the logo/header and moving the player search down near the team buttons. So at that point it will be easier for us to make those things more obvious.

I'll leave this open for comments for a bit before deciding in a direction.

Sounds good. I'm a fan of the big search: it works great and is the best way for users to get right to what they're looking for, assuming they're looking for a certain player.
