kubetest2 moved to containerized builds. We will either need to enable docker-in-docker for this job or better just go get kubetest2.

To unblock my PR that's dependent on this job, do you think it would be sufficient to set the DOCKER_IN_DOCKER_ENABLED variable from the job's prow configuration?

I believe that would get the test to run, but I'm already working on a fix the "right way" with go get. Both changes are small alterations of the prow job and require the same amount of testing. I should have a fix in a PR within a few hours.
